Patrick Dugué is the founder and president of DUGUÉ Commerce.
He is a graduate of ESPI (École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières) and also holds a master's degree in business property (PARIS I - PANTHEON SORBONNE).
In 2004, Patrick DUGUÉ was honoured by his peers with the status of MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). This historic institution requires its members to abide by the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. In 2014, Patrick DUGUÉ was honoured with the title Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
With a wide and varied professional network (national chains, legal experts, investors) Patrick DUGUÉ is uniquely well-placed to comprehend and satisfy the needs and expectations of clients. Over the years he has formed close, lasting relationships with a panoply of investors and leading national chains, helping bring countless sales, developments and expansion projects to fruition.

After graduating with a commercial strategy diploma from the Technical University of Sceaux in 2003, Nicolas trained as a Retail Chain Developer with NEGOCIA (in partnership with PROCOS). In the meantime, he worked at Décathlon on their apprenticeship scheme.
In 2005 he joined the LUDENDO group (owner of La Grande Récré), where he spent 6 years as Development Manager.
Nicolas Chartier joined DUGUE in 2011 and became an associate in 2019.

Graduate of a Master II of Law in Real Estate Promotion and Town Planning. He worked for Blot company in 2018 as a real estate broker. He joined DUGUÉ in September 2019 for the development of commercial brands.

After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management. Emma DUPONT is now in Master Manager in Real Estate Management (MAGI). Ella joined the DUGUÉ team in September 2022 on a work-study basis as an administrative and commercial assistant.
